Aubrey Henriksen, evaluation coordinator for Creative Discovery Museum, will give you some nuts and bolts advice on best practices in evaluation. You’ll learn strategies for developing good evaluation questions and collecting data in creative ways that go beyond the traditional pen and paper survey. Monitoring and measuring programs are essential for long-term success.
