Leadership expert, Ella Clark will present “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect: What The Most Effective People Do Differently” based on John Maxwell’s best-selling book of the same name. To be a successful leader, we need to learn to communicate in a way that connects.
Attendees will learn and apply this skill in their personal, professional, and family relationships. This program will help you better develop the ability to truly connect with others when you communicate.
Ms. Clark is a certified coach, speaker, trainer and Maxwell Certified Behavioral Analysis (DISC) Consultant. She is dedicated to adding value to others by helping them achieve their highest potential, personally and professionally.
She utilizes a proven process to inspire, equip and empower clients to build on their strengths, minimize weaknesses and move forward quickly with her professional coaching and training. Prior to launching The Clark Group, LLC Coaching, Consulting and Training Practice in 2014, Ella was the manager of supplier and partner initiatives at the Tennessee Valley Authority. She provided coaching, consulting, advocacy and oversight of the agency’s efforts to advance small businesses.
Ella earned her B.S. in Business Finance and Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga; an A.S. in Management Technology from Chattanooga State Technical School; and achieved an Executive Leadership Certificate from Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School in Nashville. She is a certified coach, trainer and consultant with The John Maxwell Team, business coach from CoachU, Executive Coach from the Sherpa Leadership Summit, and Career Coach from the Professional Resume Writers and Career Coaches Association. From the garage, attendees should enter the University Center through Lansing Court entrance and take the stairs to Level 2. The Tennessee Room is located down the hall on the right (labeled #20 on the directory).
