Mary Ellen “Mel” Miller’s presentation, “Communicating Through Challenges,” will take an inside look at the communications balancing act of the TVA Boone Dam, a $457 million infrastructure project located in Northeast Tennessee. Miller will dive into three leadership competencies that she used at the Boone Dam Project that are transferable to anyone facing a communications challenge.
