IAN-ALIJAH BEY
Ian-Alijah is an experienced visual design artist with a background in video production and graphic design. Born and raised in Chattanooga, he developed a deep love for storytelling and cinematography, particularly in relation to cultural identities. He studied film and video production at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Middle Tennessee State University.
He’s the creative producer for Chattamatters, a hyper-local source for stories and information about Chattanooga.
Throughout his career, Ian-Alijah has received multiple awards for his work in film, design, and journalism. When he’s not creating, you can find him with his headphones on or tinkering with the latest tech.
MICKEY CLOUD
Mickey Cloud currently serves as Executive Director of the Chattanooga office of The Sasha Group, a VaynerX company that operates as a full-service agency that serves challenger brands in the mid-market.
Mickey started his career in New York City at various advertising agencies before joining the independently-owned VaynerMedia / VaynerX as one of its earliest employees in 2011, and opened the firm’s Chattanooga office in 2015.
Mickey & his wife, Amy, have greatly enjoyed living in Chattanooga, and are proud parents to Shelby (6.5), Bennett (nearly 5), and Brooks (2).
NATE JOHNSON
Nate is the CEO of Triptych, where he leads with a designer’s mindset and a strategist’s vision. With 18 years of experience in design and 14 in creative leadership, he ensures that discovery and strategy inform every aspect of UX and design across the organization.
In addition to his role as CEO, Nate remains deeply involved in project work, bringing hands-on creative direction to clients such as The Atlantic Re:think, Listerhill Credit Union, The North Face, and the Creative Discovery Museum. Over the years, he has guided high-impact campaigns for brands like Meta, Trex Decking, and The Buntin Group.
Nate is also the co-founder of Robin Knows, an AI-powered scam detection and device support app. There, he leads all creative initiatives—from product interface to brand and marketing design—helping bring clarity and confidence to users navigating an increasingly digital world.
Outside of work, Nate is a dad of 6, and serves as a high school basketball coach with the Chattanooga Patriots organization.
